es can be brought...also can be brought from intel staff...but es is not 100% stable...sometimes u lucky u get good one..sometime not..and es have no warranty

i guess u do need 1.6 to get 4ghz for most quads...how abt d x38 dfi? i heard is quite good..seems like abit has problems too at x38 section...does abit resolve d problem with any bios update?
