Vcore higher than 1.6v bios set iinm won't boot. tAmp0i tested it when aiming 4Ghz. I don't know for you but P35 is still very good. I would upgrade to 780i.

That's not the case. Even if run at 3.5Ghz and with high vcore, won't boot either.
