thanks
it's 3.27 now.  doh.gif

so 449 x 3.27 = 1468

add another rm200 for etc charges should be around RM1.6k here.  brows.gif
if this is real, it will be a nice card in terms of performance per price ratio.
*
Make it RM1699 for the early birds icon_idea.gif, buying 3.30 u won't get 3.27 exact.

That's similar to getting 2 HD3870 and CF...Hoping this R680 can run without the need of a CF board.
*
why do you need a CF board for single pcb card?

We aren't surea bout it yet. Maybe it really requires a CF board since the caard itself is CF-ed in a different manner. 7950GX2 required an SLI board, although it is dual PCB...but we'll see how it turns out.

It may need the CF chip in the motherboard to actually function. I'm hoping that it does not.

yeah .. hopefully it is not..cos if really need a CF board, ppl with CF board would just rather buy another 3870 n CF it instead...the CF chip requirement will kinda defeat the purpose of glue-ing two cards together as one... same thing should be said of 9800x2 as well...

Erm...heard of ATX Ultra boards? You can put in 4xPCI-E GPUs.

Or...they will buy one of this and CF with their existing HD3870 = 3 cores.
