QVOD Player, ~Issit safe to use? Issit spying?

Recently a friend recommended me this QVOD where I can watch a lot of movies instantly (like youtube, click and watch). Its even faster than BT. But whats worrying me is I'm not sure whether its 100% safe. It might contains spyware/trojan/virus which could steal my data. This QVOD can be downloaded at:

I am not sure of this.
Because the file i download using QVOD is 152MB but from internet usage is 170MB. |

This is safe for use. I have been use it to download new movie in internet. But i dont know about downloading from Youtube.
Is is safe so dont worry about it |

it is good but of u quit from qvod.there is still a qvod terminal tat will continue to download an upload
