PLEASE SAVE MY FLOWER HORN!!!

As you can see, the tail has been red in colour, the top head part there in black colour, is there any method to save it?

Serious comments allowed here only becoz it is really urgent, thanks for helping.

how it has infected by this illness?
any filter or air pump system u're using??

did u manage to clean out your tank more frequently??
flower horn are actually quite delicate living creatures la..coz my dad rare them once..and they died if he didnt change the water frequently..or fed them well..

but i think there are some medicine that are sold in pet shops for fish where u drip the medicine into the tank i think...
that is if u know what is wrong with your fish la..

put in a pail of water and bring to your trusted pet shop. I remembered mine like this also but not until the gills come out la...

They usually pour some medicine inside wan

the aquarium is equip with air filter and pump too, i change water once a week, but right now the fish got prob so i change the water once perday...the water look green coz i put the yellow medicine into water..

can i straight drip the yellow medicine inside the fish mouth in order to let it drink it?

The best way now it to rush it to the nearest pet (fish) store....

u should ask the ecpert here, when the fish first infected by the germs or bacteria
from my experience, while ur fish has swim upside down...
ur fish is almost can see its heaven
please do not feel sad, cause u have tried ur best to save its life


u can't put any of the medicine into ur tank if u're not sure what disease infected ur fish such as rotten tail or white spot
there r so many types of disease that fish may have infected...
try to describe the sign from ur fish body (such as red eyes, etc) to the lfs staff
he wil then recommend u which medicine best to help


have u tried to put some salt in ur tank, ask from ur nearest Lfs (local fish store)
it's not cooking salt that ur mom used......

i rare 2 flower horn before,but they are very hardy woo....will bite my hand tim..i dint give them air pump..the water filter head had this thingy which will make those bubble..

i think that once the fish is like that, it is going to die, or if not die, will remain like that for as long as god knows how long.

TS, was the fish overfed? if it were it could recover.

I suppose, changing the water daily, is not a good solution, it might do more harm than good.

this is why there is idiom for " Nyawa nyawa ikan"
let the fish go peacefully

just change the water once no need change everytime.....add anti-chlorine and anti-stree (AZOO aqua guard)....don feed...if got heater put in on to 32deg cel.....it will be soon if not serious...

u keep changing water will make it even worst...diff water temp everytime....water ph also keep chaning...how the fella wan recover ?

this looks more like water condition problem...just don change everyday...go get japanese yellow powder....add 1 tea spoon...

seems like infection
last time my flower horn also like this
seems like chances for it to recover is very low now since its already upside down now

bro, my hzmate fish face d same prob 2 months back and he had to pt it to sleep.
There are 2 possibilities y dis:
1) the internal organ has injury
2)feeding prob

U can go the fish shop n ask.
