Um..so how do i know if a LCD computer monitor supports 1080p?
And which LCD monitors are these?
I'm using samsung 226bw (22") (native resolution 720p) and i set the display option in my ps3 to support up to 1080p. i'm using hdmi - dvi cable.
So actually my lcd can support 1080p but it shows a pop up msg saying its not the recommended resolution so i just switch the pop up off. u have 1080p
for some games that supports 1080p also can but at game start (when the screen refreshes and goes to the game screen) it pops up again the message but turn it off again and u can play at 1080p! if the game only supports up to 720p then the screen will adjust itself and no pop up msg anymore.
so if got pop up msg then i know im playing in 1080p. no pop up msg - 720p
cheap way getting HD hehee..tunggu bonus maybe go for 42"/50" LCD
but if u want to get 1080p native resolution support then get 24" and above LCD..most have hdmi port and support 1080p
oh yea...the LCD
must be HDCPThis post has been edited by suffian1: Dec 29 2007, 11:09 AM
