I connect my PS3 Slim to Toshiba Regza 32CV500E with Philips HDMI 1.3a cable I bought at BEST KLCC for RM 69.90. Quality looks just OK, my parents cant see the difference using the normal AV Cable and the HDMI one

Ur parent got wear specs or not??? sweat.gif , what game u test ??? 480I/P vs 720P/1080P are totally different, using the av cable u can found the line shadows one somemore.

I just checked CNET site and it stated that my LCD do support HDCP. So, what is my next step to connect it to PS3? Can I use my PC Speaker as well for the sound output?
*
Yup, u can use ur PC speaker as well depend on what sound output u can use n connect to PS3, either Optical or RCA(u need another connector/adapter for this setup, the price should be around rm5).
The adapter look like the picture below:

Hello guys,
I'm about to buy PS3,
I wonder

If I use LCD monitor with HDMI and without built-in speaker and I want to use multimedia speaker for sound, how can I do it?

Can anyone explain it to me?

Thanks
