it's either 24" LCD monitor or full HD capable LCD tv to fully enjoy the HD world, furthermore, displaying 720p on a 22" will blurry because it's not the native resolution

720p on my 20"

Not DHCP ready meaning i cant get at least 720p? DHCP system is for Blu Ray movies izit?Noob here pls help me i need advise thanks  icon_question.gif

it's possible to get 720p on non-hdcp monitors, but there's just too much hassle involved
so you're better off getting a hdcp-ready monitor

plus blu ray movies require hdcp to work sad.gif

not sure about the viewsonic, but the samsung 206bw is hdcp-compatible (scroll down and see "Special Features" "DVI(HDCP)"

another alternative would be the Samsung 931BW

cheers smile.gif

samsung 931bw price is quite attractive at compuzone rm705.00 maybe will opt for 19" wide what is the max i can get 1080p?

Added on February 24, 2008, 12:46 pm

just get same model that im planning 2 get quite attractive price as but i guess xbox 360 can display on LCD without HDCP capability  icon_idea.gif

the 932b+ isn't a widescreen monitor, and i don't think it has hdcp.. sweat.gif
1080p is normally for monitors 24" and bigger, some smaller monitors though are capable of displaying 1080p, but scaled down to fit the monitor's size

i think the xbox360 has a vga cable, which makes things so much easier smile.gif
