aiyoyo. it's slow ler.
yesterday when i was not at home they didn't even call me. so in the evening after back from work i search for red card but didn't see. checked thru tracking system it attempted to deliver in the morning but no red card?? called their prai office promised to check status for me ended by no call back. hope they improve their sucks service |

Yesterday had a horrible experience with SkyNet.
They left my parcel consisting of highly expensive 2 units of MSI GTX480 to my neighbor who I don't really know without calling me. Went to SkyNet Butterworth branch to scold the delivery guy in front of his branch manager. I've warned him from repeating this silly mistake next time. Actually up until today I've never had a good experience with SkyNet BW branch before. Mostly parcels from IdealTech. EVERY TIME they sent my stuffs came by motobike only, even on raining day. Filed a complaint to SkyNet HQ this morning. Hopefully they'll do something on this BW branch. |
