For me all courier service is the same EXCEPT if you want to pay more for FedEX, DHL or UPS. And MAX liability they pay only RM100-RM200 per parcel missing

Now I choose Kangaroo for my courier service due to few reasons

1. Previous Skynet, GDex & Poslaju, missing parcel rate very high and scary + damaged parcel/item
2. Although Kangaroo sometime bit slow 2 days arrival, so far I never experience missing parcel with them
3. Cheaper and staff helpful when facing problem (only applicable KL branch). Manager also not "lansi", sometime "belanja minum" thumbup.gif

Conclusion, better slow then parcel gone missing. Imagine you send RM1k VGA card they only pay you RM200 for it. Damn "rugi" ler.... cry.gif
