Can't say Skynet is extremely bad...it depends.
So far, I'm still satisfied with their service and it's one of the reliable courier service in Malaysia. Had opened and account with them last month, and to date, have already sent over 100 parcels with their service. Try avoid sending to those places in their zone 2 listing. (U can get the listing from them, or if u open a corporate account with them)
If they item is damaged upon receiving, it's probably the fault of the sender. You can't blame it all on them. Sender should pack an item properly to avoid damages in the 1st place. Use fragile sticker if there's any. When you find out that ur parcel has been opened...it's just ur unlucky day. If fact, all courier service do have such incidents. One of their delivery man is trying its luck to be rich faster. Lodge a complaint to SKynet with picture as proof and tracking number, so that they can trace the incident and trap down the thief.
Skynet even attempted to send a parcel to my customer for the third time. Double thumbs up for that!
