they drop my call everytime, first i call them to re attempt to send to my house but after so many call they say will send but never send last saturday

now i call them i want to collect the item but drop my call till now 2-3 times try.

i buy the item online but the guy use skynet i will make sure next item i buy never to use skynet anymore
