i just wonder why they always give a lame excuses for each consignment. are they short of delivery truck or manpower? i don't think they will make a profit by redirecting the parcel from here and there before delivery it. or just a simple stupid excuses?
add: attachhed are the tracking screenshot, it don't make sense. CR4 is just only two km away from me. for what reason they need to have redirected it back to the main hub again? furthermore, it seem they need to have take 12 hours from shah alam to subang.
