today is my day 4 and still waiting my parcel coming to my home!
9th Nov. i waiting at home, tat ok!
10th Nov. i call Skylag Penang, office gals said too much parcel have to send out, maybe not your turn! o.k i wait for tomorrow,
11th Nov. office gals call me said after 2pm. so, i wait at home. than after 4.30pm, i call to center again, the office gals said before 5.30pm then she give me the driver mobile phone number,. i call the driver, tat su** guy said to me, i did not promise to send to you before 5.30pm, maybe 2morrow!
12th Nov. (tis morning ) office gals said, we don't have enough driver. your parcel couldn't send to you!
can sum ppl help me!

i send complaint letter just now!
but, stiil no respond from NCCC.
sad la! tomorrow is saturday, half day work only, i think they will give me stupid reason more!

izzit true NCCC can help us case like this?
how many day i have to wait huh?!
really disappointed to this kind of service!
