Just want to share my bad experience with Skynet thus far.
This is my first time using their courier service (ordered barang from Lazada), last Wednesday and on Saturday.
Check their tracking number and later I found out that one had "ERROR CODE 66" from last Friday, and only since yesterday they update "OUT FOR DELIVERY", but I waited whole two days and still haven't got the package yet.
The other package, a fridge, was supposed to send for delivery today, and the delivery guy came and stop at my house, but I wasn't in.
I call him and ask him to wait 2 min for my son to come and collect, but 2 min later, my son say the driver went off already.
Try to call the driver again (malay guy), his phone cannot reach. I've been trying to contact him for 30 min already, either he block my number or switch off his phone.
WTF is this service....damn la, should have stuck with poslaju....
Haiz...with such shitty service still expect to get customer?
