this is my old case, but settle already. which need me to call their main office..then pass to branch office...then said ada datang tapi rumah tiada orang.i wait like 24 hours at home, no sound of courier coming. you know what, their courier only miss call me, not call me..LOL.

but for my dell thing via skynet arrived smoothly. they even sms when they will come. and call when they arrived at your location.
