Since kastam clearance (Parcel from China) Already 4 days... no any progress.
Normally before kastam ,it will shows : AWB does not exist.
After kastam clearance, will shows Collection.
But this time, the AWB exist, but no progress since 20 Apr 2017.

Have you received your parcel??? i have encountered the same problem here.. unavailable status...custom clearance 27 april, then unavailable status till now! i am worried about the parcel.Status: Unavailable status.
