I'm facing the same situation as well. Tracking system is not working at all. Called the main branch in KL and couldn't connect to the customer service. Don't know what is going on, package still no news, no updates

Just do a 'Search Topic' in this thread and this is what you can find:

I didn't have a choice as the seller chose Skynet, if I had known, I would have asked the seller to use other options. Skynet really needs to upgrade their tracking system which I think is the source of all problems. It took more than 24-hours to appear online and their AWB code can be 11-digits or 12-digits! They need to standardize the AWB code in their system. As soon as my tracking went online and knew where was the location of my parcel, I went to pick up the parcel myself, instead of waiting for them to delivery to me. It took more than 30 mins for them to search for my parcel at their warehouse! I also went in to help them search for the parcel and was surprised to see such a messy warehouse with parcels strewn all over the floor! That explains why it took so long just to find one parcel! I can imagine why some of you waited weeks for your parcel to be delivered. Some also had their parcels missing, etc. It was a total mess!

i also waiting my item from them, stuck at subang jaya... the seller sent 12 september until now havent receive... whats the point paying all those shipping fees, if service like normal pos?????

dear all, i purchase some item from 11street lastweek, alrady one week skynet havent send to me yet! i check the status 17/10 until now 20/10 no change at all@

why the heck saying item delivered when actually i never received the item?!
really unprofessional. phone call to CR3 ,but never picked up. then i go marketing department given no 03-56239100, never bother pick up as well.
really crap service!!!!!

yup, I received item at the end.
I think problem come from their system message which is misleading.

you are lucky, I still havent receive it but it showed delivered. Called many times to the Skynet, and they replied that they send me email regarding the signature, but until now still no news.

Just had a bad experience with Skynet. Parcel was sent on 21/11 but was stuck in their office for 7 days. After complaint, they brought a badly damaged parcel and insist accept them without inspection. Refused acceptance and asked them to take back.

anyone faced "Info Required" before?
I tried calling 03 - 5623 9090 but keep saying line busy. Everytime i call also line busy.
How to reach their customer service?
Even filling up the enquiry form also failed to send.
I think that's the worst courier i ever faced. Some courier cs line cannot reach but at least they will reply email.
Can anyone provide me the reachable customer service line for skynet?
your help will be greatly appreciated.

mine also "info-required". my parcel reached malaysia on 14 dec... 15 dec skynet update my status "info-required". and today i call their hotline its engaged. also try to call other branch...never pick up...

then, i email my complaint to skmm and cc to skynet hq...just wait from skmm feedback.
