Sorry but newbie question here.

I just signed up for HLE and it says to sign the form with a presence of a witness:

"Commissioner for Oaths, Attorney, Notary Public or in the presence of an
authorized personnel of HLG Securities Sdn Bhd/ Dealer's Representative/
Remisier"

Where can I get a witness for such?
