Guys,

Have a couple of questions to ask. I'm planning to use ITrade CIMB for US trading (Nominee account 1:3). Not sure if there's any additional cost, and not so familiar with trading jargon's.

1. Dividend taxed 30% for US.(The dividend is what we earn when we keep the stock for a certain period of time rite, not from selling the stocks).

2. The nominee account triples our investment. So when we earn from selling the stock is the profit divided or whatever we earn or lose is our money. And i believe we need to pay back if there is a loss.

3. How does the queue work. Like when an order is placed to buy for a certain price like USD5. Is it confirm that the stock will only be bought or sold at that price,or do we need to fight for the price based on how many lots we buy.

Just some of my concerns before start investing. Thanks.

Cadbury LSE stock went up 40%.. Wondering if the same can happen for CBY nasdaq.. The plan to take over by Kraft & hersey is for UK based cadbury but wat happens for the US based stocks.. Just need some expert opinion.. even the offer price is much lower then the US stock as it's for the LSE stock..

The deal collapsed.

The deal still on hold but too bad the US cadbury CBY went up 40% during pre market trading itself. Didn't take the risk to buy that stocks before it went up...

Well moving on to future mergers...
