mind sharing how to get to shenzhen from guangzhou?

roughly how much ( exclude shopping ) to get to guangzhou and than shenzhen for 5 days or 6 days.. mainly wanna know more about travelling cost

check air asia, from msia to guangzhou now is around 450 only..
