cant find any option to change ram timing detail in my mobo...
so what i did is... lowered my ram timing to DDR 400... max vcore to 1.525 if i'm not mistaken... vram to 1.8 or 2.0.. not remmeber... everything is set up to max... core clock to 233mhz..

should i update my bios to these? i'm afraid that flashed to wrong bios... but i'm very sure that the bios download info is for Asus M2A-VM

i try to OC at 234MHz core clock.. 3515MHz total clock... running SuperPI until loop 12 no prob at all... but then... i smell sumthing like burning metal (not that bad, mayb juz my thought) but nothing happened physically in my case... i force shut down then back to stock.. ha ha ha~ i'm my pc die.. i'm also gonna die...

is that speed is just temporary only? can real time use it? or torture?
dont wanna try it again.. afraid that my pc will gone... smelling the burning iron last nite is enough to make me scared... hope didnt see any melting or burning parts.. ekekekek
i've read here that it's better OC using low multiplier and boost HTT... but what if my mobo locked the multiplier? the wierd thing is... it only lock multiplier for 6000+... other proc hav no prob

i'm using TT Mini typhoon and hav a good temp reading... but having prob with my cap itik PSU, if wanna OC >3.5, some burning scent will come out, and 2 molex already "out of service".. ekekeke... wait till i get a new PSU
what's wrong with my pc? the clock displayed is randomly change.. sometime 20GHz 6GHz 19GHz... system information n orthos read is wrongly but cpu-z get an accurate reading...

nf-m2 nview no more in d market... actually.. asus m2a-vm quite good in OC.. i'm using it now.. ... and also it's using a690G chipset... but seller dun hav stock for it...t his new mobo is for my fren... hmmm~

My question is: I've never heard this brand before... based on the pic, it's a good motherboard and using solid caps... also the offered chipset is quite good and good OC chipset... and price also very nice and offering 3 years warranty...
