Hello , somebody who can help me ? Sometimes it no display and got sound 'beep' like no ram plug in . But i off and turn on again it can run My Pc Spec is like below :
Abit KN9 Ultra Motherboard
Athlon64 3500+ processor (AM2 Socket)
Kingston 1GB DDRII 667MHZ Ram x2 (Run Dual Channel )
MSI 8600GT OC Edition
Cooler Master extreme power 430w power supply
Asus DVD-RW Sata Drive
Seagate 160gb sata HDD
Seagate 80gb ide HDD

My BIOS setting like that :
My bios setting is like that
FSB = 252MHZ
Multiplier = x11
pcie clock =100MHZ
cpu core voltage =1.550V
Ram voltage = 1.90v
HT speed = 3x
cpu cool and quiet control = disabled

DRAM setting is 667MHZ
cas latency =5 clocks
TRCD=5 clocks
Trp =5 clocks
Tras=15 clocks
Trc = 19 clocks
Trfc0 for dimm1= 127.5 ns
Trfc1 for dimm2=127.5 ns
Trfc2 for dimm3=127.5 ns
Trfc3 for dimm4=127.5 ns
command rate = 1T

After that i got one question , i use this bios setting previously can overclock to 256MHz X11 (2816MHZ ) , but now cannot reach again if my ram plug dual channel , but can boot if i use 1 ram only !
This is my question , Thank for all the people can help me ! rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif

your vcore.... sweat.gif quite high adi
what's ur cooling? Mind to share?

from the SS, you are overclocking your ram adi...
what you can do is ..

a) change command rate to 2T
b) lower down the memory divider to 533 or 400
c) change trfc to 195ns ( if cannot boot, change back to 127.5, judge the situation by yourself )

look at your SS, i afraid your proc adi reach the limit notworthy.gif

Thank for suggestion from dblooi , i use stock cooler only , Normal use like download movie and watch movie the cpu temp reach between 50c and 57c sweat.gif !!

Maybe i will change other powerful cooler later , but my big problem is i lower down the memory divider to 533 or 400 , it directly no display and not any beep sound come out ! If change command rate or trfc also like that !!! vmad.gif vmad.gif
Got any suggestion again thanks......

Hello , somebody can guide how to oc more higher for my spec :

Below is my pc specification:
Abit KN9 Ultra Motherboard
Athlon64 3500+ processor (AM2 Socket)
Kingston 1GB DDRII 667MHZ Ram x2 (Run Dual Channel )
MSI 8600GT OC Edition
Cooler Master extreme power 430w power supply
Asus DVD-RW Sata Drive
Seagate 160gb sata HDD
Seagate 80gb ide HDD
AMD Stock Cooler

Now my bios setting is like that :
FSB = 252MHZ (2772MHZ)
Multiplier = x11
pcie clock =100MHZ
cpu core voltage =1.575V
Ram voltage = 1.95v
HT speed = 4x
cpu cool and quiet control = disabled

DRAM setting is 667MHZ
cas latency =5 clocks
TRCD=5 clocks
Trp =5 clocks
Tras=15 clocks
Trc = 21 clocks
Trfc0 for dimm1= 195 ns
Trfc1 for dimm2= 195 ns
Trfc2 for dimm3= 195 ns
Trfc3 for dimm4= 195 ns
command rate = 1T

Previously , i can overclock to FSB=256MHZ (2816MHZ) before 1 week , But now directly no display and no beep sound again . So i force to downclock to 252MHZ .
Can expert recommend some ram timing , voltage setting to push back my speed back to 2816MHZ . Thanks

theres nothing wrong wif ur timing..its in the middle..not too loose, not too tight..so ur in a safe position..but change the command rate to 2t.increase ur vdim..ur dvder is 667,and according to the dvder table, it will be cpu/7..so ur ram is 2772/7= 396 -396x2=ddr792

u may need to increase ur vdimm..try to put it at 2.0 or 2.1 if u have active cooling

xixo...
ko da blik melaka ker

Thank the advice given by alive88 , but i thing is my cheaper ram problem , if i use 2.0v vdimm , my pc start to lagging , maybe my ram not having the cooler ! I now using the program download from abit website to determine my pc temp , it will show dangerous voltage given for ram if i set vdimm to 2.0v . The vdimm limit given is 1.98v , if i set 2.0v must exceed 1.98v when running the pc , so it will start lagging when vdimm exceed 1.98v . How can i settle this problem , can give me some suggestion . Thank !!!

I play not reach half and hour will BSOD (Begining of dump memory ) , i dont know is ram voltage problem or other reason caused BSOD .... rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif
