learn german in malaysia, what institution provide this course?

It's not necessarily easier, as German technical words are bigger and complex. Simple words are easy because German is related to Dutch, Afrikaans, Malay/Indonesian, and English a little.
French is similar in that it uses genders (masculine, feminine, neutral). Of course, it will be hard to be able to be conversant and fluent in German or French in s short length of time without sheer dedication. |
