Damansara Perdana is a township in the state of Selangor, Malaysia. Damansara Perdana is a mixed development of commercial and residential properties developed by Saujana Triangle Sdn Bhd, a member of the MK Land Holdings Berhad Group of Companies.

Thinking of buying an apartment or condo around there.
 But looks like the place is getting a bit built up in terms of population and there is only one main access road. |

Anyhow, for the info of the boys & gals here, Solar Club at DP, along the same row as Citibank is quite a happening place... in a way.... happy hour drinks for beer is at 36/jug which is relatively... high.... but the music is cool as they play a mixture of old skool & new skool music. There is a dance floor and nice sofa's for those who wanna lepak sofa, got some private areas at the top as well.... Overall recon of the place is : Satisfactory : Added bonus is that since i'm a resident of that place, i get discounts for drinks after happy hours. Hahaha.... so its still cool.... Anyone dropping by there, gimme a buzz, i'll get u discounts... XD |

I surveyed the area recently. Looks like a pretty ok place to buy a mid range condo.
So, what are the new condos coming up? See some for sale signs for Metropolitan SQ. All those are from existing owners, right? Any new ones (from the developer)? Just window shopping only. |

I do like the ambience and the deco there as its not too cluttered and messy compared to other clubs where they try to jam as many tables into one location. (+) Solar has 2 house DJ's who play a variery of music ranging from R&B to Trance depending on the crowd and the mood of the night. They are quite of with their mixes and often play around with the songs to set the pace for the evening. You can even request the DJ's to spin something you like and if they have them, i'm definately sure that the DJ's will be happy to play your song. (+) Service crew on the other hand is plently and very helpful in serving your drinks and getting your oders. (+) But sometimes during happy hours they will serve some keropok munchies to snack upon and there are at times the munchies goes finish (-). But overall they have crews ready to help pour your glass and clean the mess up. hahaha.... whats more, they have a few security personel who is ensuring your safety while you are there. Drink prices are very reasonable during happy hours. Cocktail mixes are avaliable and the bartender has one MaD Skill in getting you a Hard Core Around The World!!! Hahahaha.... (+) Crowds at Solar depends on the time and the occasion but so far, i've seen working professionals there during happy hours and a more lifely crowds there during the weekends. Whats more, there are always a few beautiful girls around each time (check the photos!!!). I got mine at Damansara Utama, the small stall near the bus stand facing the houses yesterday. Picked up a NST at the petronas petrol station across the highway from Eastin Hotel, yesterday. Have to go to all these less popular places.

Yesterday afternoon I park my car outside my condo for fast launch to watch football later at night.It was raining quite heavily about 8:15pm at Damansara Perdana last night.As I was about to cross the road towards my car with an umbrella in hand,a taxi stopped in-front of me & a beautiful white blonde lady came out of the cab.I don't know if it was kindness or the spirit of 'Buaya' but I told her "Do you need cover?".She smile & nodded.I then escorted her to inside the condo-cover & told her "Have a wonderful evening".She smile & said "You too".Damansara Perdana is a good place to live at.
