i've been looking around for a bigger home as my family expanding .... armanee terrace seems ok for me for the built up n the price quite fit into my budget ...

any1 can gif some opinions on armanee terrace regarding the security , environment , building quality , maintainance bla bla bla ... anything good or bad ....

and as the indon kongsi ... how long r they gonna b thr???? isnt tht will affect some sort of security issues?

i'm considering renting a room at flora damansara block e...is the area dangerous for a working lady who always come home late at night?

last nite witness a crime happening in 24 hour sundry shop in Damansara perdana.. the shop which is behind the 7 eleven..
one mat rempit took 2 bags of alcohol drinks without paying and being chased by the cashier... the suspect run to his fellow mat rempit - total 5 persons - 3 motorbikes.. a comotion happen and they manage to get away.. the crowd a bit slow to respond as they are in the state of shock..
when a few guys running to assit the cashier .. it is a bit too late as the mat rempit already took off..
it happen at 12.30 am and there are a number of people around the area ... i mean in store and chinese kopitiam..

i believe we should play more active part in helping out should we face the same situation ourself so long that it is not too dangerous... the rest let the police handle it..
those criminals are quite daring nowdays.. damnit..

I saw in one of the area FB groups that Perdana Boutique got one guy got robbed RM 300k worth. As a fellow DP-ian, we must be careful. Now almost every day got siren, and not to mention so much construction work there.

maybe my chekai perdana exclusive unit also will need an alarm la like this

There's 2 basically next to each other on PJU8/5 with same prices, but one I think have offer with first kg at 0.5 RM if have 5KG or above, both also got RM12 min charge.
