issit 8800gt cannot support dx 10.1 & shader 4.1??

my gigabyte 6600gt hasnt RMA since 2005...becoz i lost the receipt so cannot claimed back...damxn!!!

but the have recorded my ic number, my name, my hp no..
ive send it to atom computer for replacement...after 1 month my father lost the receipt...then when i came back to atom..i asked if my gc is ok or not...they ask for receipt..i said i lost it...then i ask them to check their database and showing my ic and give phone no....the data inside their databse got my name...but the item still havent replaced...i'll wait for 1 year later...going back to atom...do the same procedure...and then diorang gelabah...pastu said to me that i need to show prove...well the data can be used as proof rite??

p/s : im sorry for disturbing this thread...but my is suddenly came up...damn ATOM COMPUTER...till i die i will not buy from them..

bought my gc at pc fair...so cheap not knowing the service of supplier is so damxn teruk

those days never used sticker for warranty....silly stick to the receipt...should i report this to any govt bodies?
