that's because asus disabled the temp sensor on that board, just like eagle's 8800gt
why asus why, didnt they know temp measurement is important to us hardware enthusiast

ya...8800 comes in two type,256MB and 512 MB

ghaha .....kinda a bit frustrated
but never mind, just hoping that the temperature is not that high (how to know?? )
is there any different performance between 256 and 512?
since my 3dmark score around 10-11k without oc anything..

now change to asus one, no problem

yup, u can check the benchmark urself and the performance gap only gets larger @ high resolution and if AA and AF is enabled, btw, 256mb cards are not worth to buy nowadays with games now using high resolution textures and all

did he uninstall the previous card before he install this card?
did he plugged the 6pin power connector to the card?

yeah...I saw it when runs on 3DMark06...also with 25% fan speed.
need to update....
it went to 89C with 25% fan speed ...hahaha...

now I dont have use leh..because of closing side case...so temperature high high....
almost same as common 8800GT user temp.

is it u check the temp when u lauch the game or during u play?

10 minutes of playing i think...maybe that time still warming up the gc i guess thats why the temperature kinda same as idle

but when i set to warn me if moaarr than 70 ...it prompt it 30 minutes later
