my friends. especially the credit card collection dept. he has cards with a few banks with credit limit of around 50k and aeon give him 10k. one time he overlooked the deadline and they are already chasing payment as if he hasnt been paying for more than 3 months. another friend complained the same too. they are extrmely persistent and the tone they used is very rude.

I've had very good service recently from the Maybank card center at 1U's new wing.

I have/had accounts with Citibank, Stanchart, CIMB, Ambank etc. but none of them have really stood out as being exceptionally good (or bad).

today went to CIMB Bukit Damansara Plaza Damansara where the Credit card centre located....

i wan to apply for the Direct Access CC with the Partner Affiliation...
the CS told me that they dun have the application form with them now.

ask me get from my affiliation... rclxub.gif

WTF... then i said, internet got the form, how come ur here CC centre dun have the form.... sweat.gif sweat.gif

really dissapointed.

Back home, i printed out the form filled in and passed it to nearest CIMB branch. no need Q, just submit the application to the CS... it's done...

Why not another thread for BAD customer service ? I have a long list from a few banks.

Either I'm demanding, or I'm bad luck... always encounter problem.

Some good services which is in my mind:
1) A chinese lady at MBB kepong Bt. 8 (near Desa Kompleks) ground floor, customer service. Very fast, helpful, efficient and customer friendly, even though I can see her overload with work, pressure from customers, etc.

2) Update MBB passbook at KLCC MBB through main counter when machine is down. No questions asked, friendly enough.

Never encounter good cust service with StanChart, HSBC, Citibank vmad.gif Find me the "bad customer service" thread, and I'll list it down, until reach Bank Negara.

This poll too subjective. It all depends on the branch as well as the personnels. I too had a few good experience with maybank, although sometimes they are not that friendly. But yea, I prefer maybank this time around because even with so many people lining up in the branches, they still can manage the high volume with speed, comparing to BSN.
