i think the moose was focusing on his sister, while he try to distract the moose by "shouting at the moose" i think, this way result in a way similar to "taunt" LOL, while the moose is focusing to him, his sister try to run away, and when he know his sister is safe, he just lay down and pretend to be dead (i tot this will work only to bears?) lol.. just my imagination on his stories.. ^^
