he did not say what kind of work experience he got in UK. The 2 years experience maybe totally not related with PFC in malaysia. When he want to ask a question, he has to ask it in a clearer way. If the experience cannot be relate to PFC in any way, i doubt that he can get Assistant Manager position or to lead a team. A person can say that he got 10 years experience but the experience is not related to the job and if he does not has any related knowledge in the field. Then the situation will be different. It all depends on the situation.
