Guys, which TF would you say have the best "worth my bucks" factor. In a way, we are comparing the robot and alt modes' articulations, paint, gimmicks, and other characteristics against the price (non-goreng, or goreng price). Rarity or Exclusivity must not be a factor.

I'm planning a worksyop for collectors, be it tfs, macross, gundams, marvel and so on...

It's gonna be 4 hours of fun n activities, inclusive door gift, movie show, meal and such! Some of us might even be one of the guys giving demo on modelling or kitbashing. U can even trade ur collection at the party/workshop.

My proposed venue:

The Outpost, Cineleisure
date tentatively 30th dec.
fee rm 50 per pax

Can I have a rollcall on whose interested? tq.

first n foremost, the programs above are tentative. For the amount we pay, depending on the total participants, I'm sure we can ask the establishment to spice up the event. Doorgift, movie, character appearance, modelling and kitbashing worksyop, u name it...

secondly, it will not just be sembangtoys gathering, I'm actually trying to get guys from lyn, transmy and so on. My target here is fellow collectors, not any group xclusive. If I manage to get a rep from every group, then maybe we can devise the program better.

Thirdly, why one time? Actually, if this event is successful, I'm targetting other venues, maybe outside kl, maybe a resort, maybe we can stay there 2 days 1 nite, a whole lot of possibilities....then I and few others will try get endorsement or sponsorship for next event. I mean, why stop now?

But like I said, its just a suggestion. Still open to amendment.

hmmm...I think for the first gathering try not to bring kids, unless yg dah besar ler, coz we are having some guys doing demo..takut tak terkawal jer. Anyhow, if other guys willing to help me organize, maybe we can fit in kids activities....

Spent christmas eve at home.  We have a tradition where each family member is allowed to open just one of is/her presents....

I went straight for the angular shaped box that transformers twinpacks usually come in...... guess what I got  .
