1. They Buy hp for them but they don't really care, like my friend, I month RM200 over for hp bill, is that what you call by "WAN TO KNOW WHERE THIER CHILDREN HANGING" although i got a hp it is a very old model NOKIA 6100 and credit almost no more.
2. PS2 or next gen- the people i know that have next gen or PS2 console all onli gangster or people who ponteng sekolah got only wan.
3. MP3 or iPod-They only buy ti for showing of and mind you, they but using thier parents money. They all at home only hear song where got thier own money wan.
4. branded clothes-some pasar malam cloths same good quality as the original, so y dun they go buy pasar malam wan
5. laptop-didn't that samus guy say "PEOPLE HIS AGE" lol. And its true, people my age do have laptop. (samus_ng same age as me)
     

Have to agree with samus....... the takara version looks better and more "stealthy" as the extra bright highlights in the hasbro allspark version is a bit too much. And they were saying its suppose to make prime look more low profile!

ya oso la.... my parents do buy us a bit of toys when we are kids la, like lego and lasy sets, i know those are not actually cheap as well...... i remember only once that i saw a power ranger toy that i like very very much and hope so much that my dad and mum will buy for me, but anyway they never did.... then i usually know they wont buy so wont ask for it anyway...... I dont have pets until im in high school, but most of them are either rescued birds or gift from someone else..... so not bought by my parents anyway......

Many parents will trade u with something if u get good results, but i never actually trade with buying toys, i usually trade with other stuffs, like stamps or to buy me a book..... i will only bug my mum to buy me a book i like last time.... guess tf is not that important in my heart anyway back then although i always wished to get them..... lol......

anyway i sometimes think each generation is lucky by their own way, i like my parents era as well..... less crime, lotsa forested area nearby where u can interact with wildlifes which many are hardly seen today...... Once u get something u will loose some other, its very fair....... but sometimes i just think kids nowadays are a little at the downside..... parents too easily fulfilling their needs, next time they will spend money like nothing..... so i loved my family culture as well..... when my frens are winning about no money at the end of month waiting for the next salary, im spending my extras on tfs (and books, books are my true collection item, tf just some secondary collection.....)..... lol....

Yeah, and I am the only 0.01% of the people here that dun think u are...

Well, there were exceptions on a few occasions, I got a die-cast Gundam for one of my birthdays once... Hmm, come to think of it, this Gundam of mine is still in mint condition... Must be worth quite a lot now...

Was thinking of getting leader megatron until I saw the pic of premium leader megatron. Much better looking paint job and headsculpt. Current head sculpt reminds me of a gorilla.

Got it from GT at goreng price. No choice, couldn't find it anywhere else and when the movie is out next year, the price will even be more skyhigh.

The detail and articulation is amazing. The marvel license should be stayed with Toybiz. Hasbro Marvel releases have been a disappointment though the recent spiderman trilogy was not bad though not up to the standard set by toybiz.



Also saw skywarp for RM350 at GT. Ok ah this price? Looks so tempting. I have a thing for black robots and jets. I just love black.

But the size kinda small for something so expensive. It's about the size of voyager TFTM. If bigger like leader or mp01 then maybe it's a much better buy.

Still, I love black!!!

How big is ultra class? From the glass display, he looks about the height of voyager rachect.

Anyone still wants to order Takara Nightwatch prime (IMO looks much better than hasbro. Those allspark blue makes me want to pull my eyes out) can still pre-order from TW.

They also have MP05 for less than RM300. Very tempted also but man, if I buy that one, I will have to buy the rest of the series.

I average buying one Transformers per week and coupled with my obsession for everything Neca movie and videogame related, Marvel, and Mcfarlane, I can see myself going pokai very soon.

Luckily my choice of career pays decently well and even then, if I still don't control, bye bye la. All money from hardwork goes to toys.

Though I always try to justify that I can always sell them at worst at the price I bought them for (I keep most MISB).

ya, i agree.... my takara v prime, bb08 and ironhide has a little paint defects too, but not very noticeable la.... but overall takara usually better in details.... like my leader megatron, hasbro is just a whole pieace of blue here and there, takara paint it less blue and not just whole piece of blue, they paint according to the physical appearance of the figure, some parts are not painted....

For starscream, takara's paint is more smooth for my, the hasbro wan got a bit contrast for two different shades. For bb08, the Hasbro bb08 that i sold to my fren seems to have nicer paintjob than my takara, my takara's right headlight area, the yellow bordering the light is black.... i have no idea why it is like that.... seems like i get the limited edition battle damaged bb08...... anyway i hope my bb08 vs V Prime twinpack will have better paintjob......
