Today I have a problem using my bigpay MC to pay my TNB bill at TNB kiosk. The transaction failed. Anyone has the same problem? At the end have to use other CC to pay.

I tried to top up my grab wallet with bigpay mc but it says unsuccessful transaction. Should I try again?
