Guys be careful what you do with the cards especially with cash back card, my money inside is now frozen pending investigation from Bigpay

Was told my spending pattern is questionable and require me to furnish them details of how I spend the money.

So much risk and hassle for a little bit of money 😩

Dumping unused cash rebate quota onto bigpay. Cannot spend finish then withdraw out. I got almost 4000 frozen inside now for past two days 😫

They call you then only you know being block?

They send me email frozen my acc. They called but I did not pickup cos overseas so they send me email instead.

IMO, For me, its actually what prepaid card do. You can load any amount you like and spend when you like. But withdraw money from prepaid that has been topup using credit card in suspiciously look like money laundry.

damn, just try to withdraw small money from atm, gave me error msg, no cash out, balance deduct from bigpay balance, i call bigpay, they ask me to fill in a form and attached error receipt, problem is i opt for no receipt during atm and so dont have it, need to go bank on Monday for it, will bank issue me a error receipt or something?

I have withdraw around rm8000 but no this thing happen. Take from the recycle atm which is cab deposit and withdraw money one. Can withdraw rm3500 once

Now I think the transition is still in pending. Hope that on Monday, when big pay didn't receive the bill from rhb, I think they will cancel it.

Better stop withdrawn from atm. Since many case reported have problem when withdrawn. either account suspended or atm issue

Seems like everyone that witdraw from ATM have issues ....

why not everyone that have issue withdrawing , complaint to Bank Negara ?

bigpay can use to pay shopee or lazada ?
