I wanna ask anyone use bigpay at jpj before?

I intend to renew roadtax at jpj, usually i renew via myeg, but if jpj always got network issue for card payment then i will do it via myeg

I don't have cc only got debit. I wish to pay HL insurance. I'm struggling whether to top up big pay to pay (earn big point but unsure 7%CB) or pay directly at HL website (izit confirmed 7% CB with this way?)

Any advice.

I suspect the same really. I'm prepared to see an amended TnC on Monday 

Just noticed something to share, I try to top up 2k to BP with HL debit, but failed as the daily limit hit. But my retail daily limit is 5k, other limit like transfer is 1k. Meaning topping up BP not considered retail. The 7% CB most likely will not be entitled.

You may try but not advise as BP got mention not to use different name cc to ur own acc, it might freeze ur acc.

My friend apply BigPay end May, finally receive his card last week after recard.. first one gone missing.. 2nd Card only receive last week after several follow up.

When activate his card, only have RM20 balance without the RM10 referral rewards. I check my referral, also didn’t get any n notice it still show pending activation for my referral despite he has already activated it..

A bad experience to him with several follow up, ended up still need to call to get back the referral rewards.. yet, not easy to call even during office hour.. he almost want to throw away the card d..

Make me feel guilty to ask him to apply this card.. he said he very regret to apply this card.. somemore need to wait like ages to get card with several follow ups yet still have problem

Linked BigPay to Fave... The authorization amount of RM 2 is still "pending" but not reversed. Usually quite fast, this is since Thursday. What should I do? Wait only? Or ignore?

i called ocbc. their cash rebate is not paid to you all in one month. it's divided by 2 (current month and another one is on next month). ocbc cs also told me that bigpay is not considered as online transaction. hence only 0.1%. this is because i checked my statement, there is no 1% rebate. only 0.1% 

i checked mine is none. no transaction on my unbilled transaction (already more than 2 days after my statement date). that is why i called in to OCBC to clarify   i only try it 1 time to check whether OCBC will give 1% or not.. total transaction in my card only 2  so in my case, definitely won't over my credit limit 

weird..    i guess i will write in to ask OCBC to clarify on this.. or wait until next statement
