Yeah just bought AA tix, and yes at the new payment page can choose bigpay. its because i tried to add bigpay card into my fav cards but somehow i cant, thats why im wondering. but now since its such a breeze paying with this card, i can throw my old BIG prepaid mastercard i guess.

I just knew they accept Paypal as well, and CIMB Click haha.

oh shopee, when we key in the BigPay card details, on the payment page we need to key in the expiry date, how to put the number?

example 04/21 - is it 0421 or 042021?

because i put and proceed it prompt wrong expiry date. any idea how?

then there is another page where we have to key in again the credit card info and there is only one box Expiry Date there.

Thanks i manage to use app finally, but after mastercard verfication page, payment seems failed. Check BP app, money is reversed back onto the card.

Anyone manage to buy from Shopee using Bigpay?

Im sorry been trying 3 times paid with BigPay in Shopee MY using app, still payment failed and amount reversed to the card.

Once i put BigPay card details, strangely its written as CIMB Bank card, but when veification page appears its still under Tune though, but my payment still failed.

Nahh, its fine finally paid with maybank cc it went thru easily.
i guess something is wrong with Bigpay on shopee for some of us.

Whats the billing address for our BigPay?

Is it the same shipping address stated in our BigPay account setting in the apps?

I have question on refund amount.

so i notice if we made payment let say not go through, its will be shown in our app but the amount will crossed (so no money went out)

how bout for refund process? i made payment via lazada, item got cancelled so refund was made. been waiting for almost 2 weeks not realize the amount made is being crossed again, but how do we know the money is returned back to us?

try to download the analytical in excel but i cannot cope with the calculation.
because in credit card statement it will be shown debit, and later date credited back in case of refund.
