Any idea on how to link my Big Membership to Big pay app ?
I've clicked "skip" at the initial setup and couldn't find anywhere to link that.

mine is autolink

on the "home" tab, swipe to left at the "current balance" section.

That's.... sort of the most important feature of the card? Here we're all talking about CC reload cos its a nice bonus, but the purpose of BigPay and all Airasia cards is zero processing fee.

Yeah just bought AA tix, and yes at the new payment page can choose bigpay. its because i tried to add bigpay card into my fav cards but somehow i cant, thats why im wondering. but now since its such a breeze paying with this card, i can throw my old BIG prepaid mastercard i guess.

Don't throw the old Big Prepaid as this BigPay seems not possible to enjoy the extra points RM2=1BigPoint in Oversea Spending.

Is there any withdrawal limit for Bigpay or it is depends on the ATM machine withdrawal limit?

Banned only on big card? Or both cc? Banned only if you play transaction out from atm rite?

The limit of withdrawal subjects to ATM machines.
The limit of withdrawal should be the amount available in your BigPay account which is maximum RM10k.

If you are referring to the hot discussed how much the limit in terms of amount/frequency that will trigger BigPay considers your withdrawal transaction as suspicious - No official answer now if I will.


We currently merely discussed about BigPay side.


We will wait until TaiSong or unker Aji_ShiO update us on getting-back-fund process.

Basically I know U ONE cc can entitle cc cash rebate if top up to BigPay apps.
But not so much, only 0.2%..

But what about AM True cc? Got somebody try to top up can entitle of cc cash rebate?
