QUOTE(rainbird @ Jun 4 2018, 08:41 AM) Not sure if this have been asked before? For point 3, reply from their FB CS.1. Does BigPay have a paywave function in the physical card?, 2. What is the max amount of money which BigPay can hold? 3. Can i change the mobile number which I used to register for my BigPay account? That means update my mobile number in the app. Thanks. QUOTE(cybpsych @ May 25 2018, 04:10 PM) this is part of BNM's eWallet requirements .... the whole registration process is called KYC (know your customer/client). it's also meeting the AML/CFT requirements to record ewallet users. the details is dependent on the wallet size provided. Found my answer. 10k max.with bigpay's eWallet size of RM10k, more information is required such as NRIC/passport and selfie (to proof you are a LIVING person!) other ewallet with smaller size, e.g. RM150 or RM200, there's no need for these verification. you can try compare with other ewallet services, e.g. boost, fave, kiple, vcash, payfy, etc all are almost identical on the registration process. the amount of details required differs depends on wallet size. |

QUOTE(fairylord @ Jun 4 2018, 09:01 AM) keeystar and fruitie sis answered I didnt find any info from bigpay stating overseas spent every rm2 for 1bp, so no basis to claim/clarify from bigpay. But if you were asking if could check before the transaction make, then NO, the exchange rate will only be shown after transaction make, then the exchange rate reflected with the transaction in your apps. But the finalized rate will be after the status become "Settled" as referred by fruitie sis. Haaa...Bro, can go claim from BigPay, byk BP leh...Let us know if successfully claim? Appreciate For Q3, Settings in App only allowed to change Passcode to access App and Pin for POS/ATM, other details not in settings. Update : member found setting in App to update Mobile Number (also email, address too). May i know from where you all got this info? Then i will claim as i spent quite abit during oversea trip |

I think opens to foreigners as well because they allow passport images during registration? I cannot recall how the form looks anymore but since it accepts passport images, I supposed yes.
