Probably maxx out the CAMPRO engine. Until today, WAJA, GEN.2, IMPIAN, NEO all using the same engine with different level of setting or so I heard.

If they launch it in malaysia 1st, sure kena bash like hell. Maybe that's why they launch it across the border 1st.

If the car was using trade plate /'blue plate' then maybe is new model, but if not then just another car

i saw a white gen2 with a trade plate recently.
the words where CAMPRO is located was taped.....i suspect thats a CPS gen 2 being tested. didnt manage to get a pic of it.
but i didnt spot stickers lol.

Yeah most probably is the CPS version doing road tests, my guess is early next year we should be getting the car

saw it few days ago around 4pm+....at LDP last toll heading to putrajaya/cyberjaya.
i attached the picture taken from paultan.org, similar color to this...see the small tape on the left.
the spoiler also different....thats the 1 i saw.

I think they should do testing in Sabah. We have terrible roads, perfect for quality testing.

does interior got change>?

as long as they are improving.......its a good sign, although their not on par with their competitors nonetheless its something we should look forward......and now for the price....lets not hope they become greedy and raise it......after all protons should be affordable to malaysians.

Let see what kind of upgrade or improvement that can change people mindset towards proton. Neo is good looking and quality but two doors, a niche market. Savvy more suitable for youngster. Persona quite nice eventhough it use the same Gen2 engine. Perhaps CPS, VIM or whatever improvement in engine department can change this perception and on par with VTEC or VVTI. I'm looking forward for a matured product that reflect the quality, passion and yet still affordable proton.

as far as i know the new face lifted gen 2 with the cps campro engin was launched in Thailand recently. and by the looks of it its a keeper.check out the interior ,looks good

Of course can but with the cost involved it's not worth it at all, you might better off just swapping a whole engine instead if someone decides to swap their CPS engine but convert is just not worth it, you need to buy the head,ecu, wiring harness and all that

oh.. i tot is just like a plugin module .. aiseh.. nvm

Sure got owners out there wanting to convert to MIVEC..
