I have a chapalang casing I want to modify.I want to make my 1 side panel transparent.How much do you think it will cost?Which area in Melaka offer this service?Any forumer in Melaka willing to do this for reasonable price for me?

I tried looking aroung for mod service in Melaka but dont have.Anyone offer this service in Melaka?

So far malacca i dunno la...Dun go to any shops to cut your casing...My friend did it near a shop at MMU corner..and they destroyed his side panel...

Mine is just a cheap thin side panel.I just want to cut a square.Other than that I can stick the transparent things all by myself.

Actually I do want to do it by myself.But I dont have the tools to do it.If someone can cut the square on my side panel I can continue mod my side panel by myself.Do anyone atleast know any shop that can cut the panel?

I want to buy acrylic by specific size.Can anyone recomend me any forumer or shop that can do it for me as fast as possible.I already pm ianho but no reply so far.I am now thinking of modying m casing by my own.If only I have the tools....

So i suppose, side panel can also gua, but need filing and some very proper planning to make it look nice lar...


For acrylic, u can try contact Bombman, give him the spcific size and ask him to quote u the price.
I think he can post it down to u.
If u dun mind waiting, u can actually send the whole side panel to him to do the cutting, but i dunno how long will it take cz his waiting list is damn long... Very good business...

I did thought sending my side panel to Bombman but his long list make me to think an alternative.

You can try it out.Nvm,as for beginner,trying is the best.

IMO,you can ask any place that do speaker box,they also do the cutting.
Other than that you ask sum1 who have cutting tools and borrow from them.

i dont know exactly any shop selling acrylic here im melaka but im going for acrylic hunting tomorrow... just back from nilai yesterday and borrowed my uncle's jigsaw..huhuhu....now i can really start making my custom SFF case..huhuhu...

Added on December 15, 2007, 3:37 pmokey guys... for hose who are looking for acrylic in malacca.. i found one shop selling it at Lorong pandan aka Taman kesidang seksyen 2 (in front of my house actually... )....

they are selling 3mm,5mm and 8mm thick clear acrylic here... the 5mm is rm10 per square feet and for 8mm rm 17.50 per square feet...kinda for the 8mm price .. they also sells clear coloured acrylic here (various colour, red, black,green,even pink if im not mistaken) but the price depends on availability and what colour you want because it is an advert shop.soo, they will only sell what they have at the moment or you can ask them to order it for you ( must give downpayment first laa)

there is one more shop, but it is in masjid tanah...but it is too far from my house..the price is about the same..

havent tried yet a glass shop im malim jaya cause i was too busy..
