Hi console freaks (thats a compliment hehee),

I'm on the verge of buying a PS3..yesss

I got a Klipsch promedia 5.1 system which i connect to my PC (nvdia mobo) via coaxial cable.

So if i have the optical free. can i connect the PS3 optical to the Klipsch system to get 5.1 or any sound at all?

n..one more thing. i know this has been threads abt this. but mines a little different.
i'm going to connect my lcd (samsung 226bw) to the PS3. is there any difference in quality in using generic (kira cap ayam la) hdmi-dvi than branded like Monster cable? kalau no difference tu, save sikit duit kan.
