hmm im spoilt between 300, transformers, simpsons and die hard 4. Harry porter got to be the worst.

transformers is a blockbuster... but for oscars or that sort, maybe only special effects and sound... still get my vote though

my top 3 would be 300, bourne, american gangster. though i have not watched kingdom yet.

Die Hard 4.0 for the win!

American Gangster will be shown at the cinema on January 2008.
I didn't put it in the poll because I think not many people have watched it.

it was every childhood dream to see them live on the silver screen...and micheal bay did a good job at it. So Transformers takes my vote as the best of 07

i voted 300 but it's a very close call with bourne! simpsons and ratatouille gets mentions as well

300 - gore,action,cinematic and to me, stunning visuals
Transformers - i must say i was disappointed(maybe cos of the hype) but i didn't like the designs and i thought the story was utter crap
Die Hard 4.0 - pretty fun to watch
Stardust - it was pretty decent but it wasn't anything special
Ratatouille - i liked it, very interesting story and heartwarming
The Kingdom - comment n/a
The Bourne Ultimatum - lives up to the bourne franchise,a nice storyline and storyline, camera action(presonal pref) and of course matt damon was just brilliant
Ocean's 13 - was so so, watched it on the plane so i cant say much
The Simpsons Movie - the 1st big screen film for the yellow people! pretty nice, esp spider pig!
1408 - havent watch
Hairspray - very nice,certainly lives up to the hype,very good lead and a stunning performance by travolta
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - since i didn't read it, it was pretty good to me.
Spiderman 3 - decent but getting overly emo

2007 is not over yet with releases like golden compass

and not mentioned here is Hot Fuzz!

Simpsons movie, since im a big fan of matt groening...

that movie is a success, every crappy element in the movie is what build up the simpsons Francaise. The crappier it gets the better.

300 is just another lalala bug body muscle gay people fighting hack and slashing like an idiot know they outnumbered.

Transformer... flashy... too flashy... its like looking at Paris Hilton poledancing with Megan Fox all in one package, good for the woo and woo only.

From the list... its either Ratatouille or Order of the Phoenix...

Ratatouille is the BEST animated film I have ever watched... everything from the music, to the locale, to the style to the story are top notch...

Order of the Phoniex is the BEST Potter film... the most emotional driven and the darkest one yet...

Transformers is great but is it worthy of "Best Movie of 2007" ? I don't think so...

Where is American Gangster ? This film is solid and so immersive... and talk about the acting... oh my goodness, so un-copyable and so amazing

How can you judge the whole series of potter film when you havent watch the half blood prince and deathly hallows ...
