you can send it back to seiko for polishing, but if the scratch are too deep then you can just change the bezel.

send it to a watch shop that deals with seiko and ask them to fix it. It won't be cheap, but still, if you want it fixed properly that's kinda the only way.

hey even my tag heuer also got some scratches at the ring but it doesnt bothers me as long as the sapphire crystal no scratches or crack its okay. Tell him if hes so sensitive wif dat better dun wear watches at all... :-" |

Scratches on watches are inevitable unless it's a formal dinner watch worn on special occasions. The most important thing is that the glass doesn't scratch.
But seriously, if my fiance got moody over something as trivial as scratching a watch it's the door for him. |

My watch also got minor scratches on the metal part. But it is not visible. Just ignore the scratches as long the glass is ok.
