Actually the JPG setting from the E-3 is good enough liao. Unless you process from RAW, I don't think there is a need to adjust the JPG direct from the E-3.
I'm always happy with Olympus cameras to be able to produce JPGs at 1/2.7 compression even for prosumer range. Other manufacturers just ignore this and mostly set it at 1/4 for best quality. |

E-3 got external WB sensor, no need to worry about its AWB setting lor. Shoot SHQ and I think you'll get more than 90% correct WB at least.

Not so fast lar... Let me get some weather-sealed lenses first. Then when got overseas assignment, can shoot in the snow liao.
Yesterday took out the E-510 to shoot. Got caught in the rain while still on. Then went back to car to wipe away the water. After rain stopped, shoot again. Temperature was about 5C. Syiok!  |
