Hey guys, I'm currently undertaking SAM course and I'm really interested in culinary arts. Now I'm considering to join the bachelor of culinary arts & foodservice management programme in Taylors after my pre-u. Would I be at a disadvantage for not taking the diploma in culinary arts? thx
