hi guys, i started studying culinary arts since 2008 -2010. Had done my training in Equatorial kl hotel,Currently doing my higher diploma in European culinary management. I always wonder is it really neccesary to study till degree/BA level for this line? i read about a singapore article which actually states that Executive chefs require degree in culinary arts qualification. What do you guys think or know?
