My friend here, you cant manage or operate the whole hotel when you were newly recruited except you've been in hotel industry for quite some years. In hotel field, you need to start from entry-levels or supervisory levels. Im a student of Diploma in Hotel Management and i regret a bit why i choose this course, tomorrow is my last of industrail training.
