mandarin oriental got give allowance.restaurant sure got give 1

dont worried all the college is approved by gorvernment.
Bacon is not just Pork there is Beef/Chicken Bacon(rare)
alcohol is vaporize when cooked.
Anyway if u have a heart to be a chef u wont bother thinking about so much about religious thingy.

not all restaurant are bad.try go fine dining ones.good experience.
sometimes hotel oso sux.too busy cant learn anything but at least u can experience hotel life the harshnesss of hotel line lol
