bro.. if i were u, just scold the "tokey" la..
just ask to clean some dust also need to pay ah? when u collect ur pc back, tell the 'tokey', "ill make sure all my friends know how bad is ur service".. and gtfo from his shop.. if the seller really care abt his rep, for sure he will call u back n offer some nice service to cover..
